Are you stressed about school? Need a place to relax and feel supported? Want to learn tools to keep calm and focused?
Meditation, yoga and art can help you to de-stress, stay calm, and be focused and grounded. The group setting also is a way to build social skills, make new friends, and feel supported. In these workshops, you will be able to practice mindfulness and yoga, share experiences, and process your feelings using art. The following workshop sessions are strategically scheduled before finals.
