Feeling Frustrated with Positive Parenting? - Parents with Confidence

Angela Preuss of Parents with Confidence highlights When it Feels Like Positive Parenting Isn’t Working: 7 Eye-Opening Reasons Why. Preuss is an LMFT with experience in child development, Child psychology and play therapy, and is a mom to three young cuties.

She offers seven reasons why your peaceful parenting efforts might feel like they aren’t working, such as setting unclear limits, underestimating the value of connection, and looking for control over skill-building (personally I think this is one of the hardest situations).

This is a great, short, read and a great boost as you sharpen your parenting saw. Hat tip to Robin Einzig—Visible Child for sharing it, despite a confusing headline.
